KIDNEY STONE URINE PANEL, 24 HOUR

Specimen Requirement

Collect a single 24-hour urine collection without preservative. Record the 24-hour urine total volume on the test requisition. Using the containers in the kidney stone kit, prepare two 50 mL aliquots from the well-mixed 24-hour collection. One aliquot should have HCL preservation and the other no preservative. Write total volume on both aliquots and freeze immediately. Ship on dry ice.
