Specimen Requirement

Collect light blue top, tube must be filled. Gently invert 8 times immediately after collection, centrifuge light blue and transfer plasma to a screw top plastic vial, centrifuge plastic vial and transfer 1.0 mL plasma to a screw top plastic vial, indicate sample type on that plastic vial and send on dry ice.

Critical frozen.

Clinical Use
