1 Light-Blue Top/2.0 mL frozen sodium citrate plasma. Patients should not be receiving anticoagulants or other drugs known to cause non-specific changes in plasma protein fractions, e.g. estrogen, unless the test is being used to evaluate medication effect. Separate plasma and put plasma in plastic tube and freeze. Contact lab for dry ice.
